Cracked (fried) conch is breaded and served in a number of ways, including curried or with a Creole sauce.
Ceviche-style dish with conch doused in a spicy pepper and citrus sauce, often mixed with tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and celery.

BAHAMIAN FISH STEW
A thick red sauce with spices, tomato, celery, and onion served over pan-fried grouper or snapper.
Similar to cornbread, a pan-cooked bread made of milk, butter, flour, and sugar, often eaten with stews and curries.
